I submitted this leica as part 1 of the Sydney Graphics Animation Competition.
20 sec max
Must contain something 7 yrs
Must have theme of recovery
Must have a yawn.
Needless too say after watching it, the whole thing is on speed. What started out as a whimsical thumbnail sequence turned into a silly 20 sec leica in two days of last minute work. Color would've been nice.
Make sure you vote for me asap! If I win................I get to submit ANOTHER leica of total nonsense that will hopefully explain this ones many lingering questions.

This is the USS Macon. It was one of the last air ships built in America that crashed of the coast of California in 1935. Look at the construction scaffolding! AND while in flight it served as a aircraft carrier for smaller bi-planes. Too cool. But huge and impractical. I was amazed by this so I cut it out of the Nat Geo it was in. Ya Airships!

Figure Drawing
Some life drawing from sun/friday. I always like to change my approach when I'm drawing. As a teacher recently told me and I'm para phrasing; "the more ways you have to look at the model, the more tools you have to represent it".Here I was working on being a little more exact with the placement/measurement of things, and, recognizing silhouette by acknowledging under lying structure.
