i like the look of it, but the pacing feels slow, you re-used lots of animation for this, if you're looking for work as an animator here do an acting piece, best advice is probably find a flash show from town and kinda copy what they do in terms of acting and actions. nice work though, focus on flash like mad and you'll do fine.
